Editorial Policy and publishing process
The website is run by a small, skilled website administration team, who can be contacted at [email protected]
The administration team will try to resolve and, if appropriate, act upon any request (for example, a question, comment or concern about the website) as soon as practical.
If the request cannot be acted upon straight away by the administration team, for whatever reason at the time, it will be discussed by a meeting of the "Oversight Team" - representatives of the community organisations which have a presence on the website.
Any Padfield community organisation may apply to have a "presence" on the Padfield Village website.
Externally originated content - for example, submitted by a Padfield community organisation - is placed on the website by the following process:

- The draft content is checked for minor errors and for consistency with the website aims (see above);
if any problems are found, the author is invited to revise the draft content; - The website administration team publish the checked (and, if necessary, revised) content onto the website;
the author is notified that the content has been published; - In case of failure to reach agreement between the author and the website administration team about changes to the submitted content, a final decision will be made by a meeting of the Oversight Team.
