A Padfield Winter
- image gallery -

Padfield in winter is equally beautiful as in the other seasons, especially when it snows. Resting at 210 meters above sea level at its highest point and nestled on the edge of the Peak District National Park, snow can remain here for weeks at a time if the conditions are right. With a fresh blanket of snow, certain vantage points looking towards the Longdendale Valley will reveal Padfield in a naturally eye-catching light. One such example can be seen from the Top of the Hill Farm on Park Road or another, from the base of Castlehill with wider views of the valley.
